About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories, with a focus on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts. This role involves translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and production-ready designs that enhance the overall product and brand experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• •Conceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines
• •Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience
• •Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for accessories and packaging materials
• •Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and brand alignment
• •Research market trends, materials, and design innovations to introduce fresh ideas
• •Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility
• •Ensure designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines
• •Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and support product development timelines

Skills Required

• •Strong creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• •Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools
• •Understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories
• •Ability to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs
• •Strong problem-solving and visualization skills
• •Good communication and collaboration abilities

Experience

• •Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Product Design / Packaging Design / Accessory Design
• •Experience in designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures preferred

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or related field
