  • Du arbeitest Dich in Produktanforderungen und fachliche Zusammenhänge ein und übersetzt sie in einfache, durchdachte Nutzererlebnisse
  • Du erstellst präzise Designs und Spezifikationen – als optimalen Input für unsere KI-gestützte, agentische Produktentwicklung
  • Du entwickelst unsere Designsprache und unser Design-System weiter
  • Du validierst Deine Konzepte durch Nutzerfeedback und verbesserst Deine Entwürfe iterativ
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Leiter der Produktentwicklung sowie mit der Entwicklung zusammen
  • Du bringst Deine Ideen in die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte ein
  • Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product- bzw. UX/UI-Design digitaler Anwendungen
  • Dein Portfolio zeigt durchdachte User Flows und sauberes UI-Handwerk; mit Figma arbeitest Du sicher
  • Du denkst Dich schnell in fachliche Zusammenhänge ein und kannst beurteilen, welche Lösungen am besten zum gewünschten Ziel führen
  • Du kennst Dich mit modernen KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen im Product Design aus
  • Du interessierst Dich für Gesundheit, Prävention und einen gesunden Lebensstil
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, selbständig und strukturiert
  • Du arbeitest gerne in kleinen, motivierten Teams
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
