We are looking for a Product Development & Business Analysis Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across product strategy, business analysis, agile delivery, and AI-enabled solution development. This role is ideal for students interested in product management, consulting, digital transformation, and technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Business Analysis

• •Support discovery activities by conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, market research, and process analysis.
• •Elicit, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, personas, and customer journeys.
• •Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities where technology, AI, or automation can improve outcomes.
• •Work with consultants and product teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and product hypotheses.
• •Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization activities.

Product Development & Delivery

• •Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and SMEs during product development.
• •Help prepare functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• •Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases.
• •Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release validation activities.
• •Document product features, release notes, and implementation guides.

Data, AI & Innovation

• •Assist with proof-of-concepts and product development involving software development, AI and cloud technologies.
• •Analyze user feedback and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• •Support software development and AI solutions experimentation and testing of AI-assisted workflows and business processes.
• •Help evaluate emerging technology trends relevant to clients and industry sectors.

Process Improvement & Product Operations

• •Maintain project trackers, requirement repositories, and collaboration dashboards.
• •Identify manual processes and propose automation opportunities.
• •Support the creation of templates, playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge assets.
• •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product development and consulting engagements.
• •Assist with project reporting, meeting documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Community & Knowledge Sharing

• •Support internal innovation programs, workshops, hackathons, and capability-building initiatives.
• •Help curate reusable assets, lessons learned, and best practices.
• •Prepare presentations and demonstration materials for internal and client-facing sessions.
• •Participate in Avanade's technology and innovation communities.
