About the Role

Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will lead the core product interface, shaping the design system and review workflows that help users understand and act on AI-generated outputs.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.

Build product interfaces that connect users with AI agents and data sources.

Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.

Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.

What We're Looking For

1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product judgment and UX craft.

Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval flows.

Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features and interfaces.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.

Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.

Comfort working closely with a small founding team and iterating based on stakeholder feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: €70,000 to €110,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
