About the Role

Join a small founding team building AI-powered tools for private-market operations. You will shape the core interface that helps operations teams review and act on AI agent outputs, making complex workflows clear and trustworthy.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.

Build product interfaces that connect users with AI agents and data sources.

Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.

Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.

What We're Looking For

One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience.

Strong skills in TypeScript and React, plus proficiency with Tailwind CSS.

Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with review, exception handling, or approval flows.

Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, and the ability to communicate trust and clarity through interface design.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Private-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
