About the Role

Join a construction technology team building autonomous software agents for complex, real-world operations. You will own product initiatives end to end, from shaping the problem to shipping and iterating on production systems with customers.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for operational workflows.

Own product delivery across agent logic, backend services, frontend experiences, and customer iteration.

Take initiatives from an initial hypothesis through production deployment and ongoing improvement.

Develop procurement and contract management tools, while identifying and building other high-impact product ideas.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up, with products you have owned and shipped end to end.

Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.

Strong TypeScript skills, with proficiency in NestJS and React.

Experience working across backend and frontend systems and collaborating directly with customers to validate and improve products.

Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.

Experience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, or Flutter is useful.

Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Equity options are available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation to Munich is an option for candidates who are not currently based there.
