Product Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Description

• •Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
• •Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
• •Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support product transfers from development to production.
• •Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• •Support product lifecycle management activities, including cost reductions, process improvements, and component obsolescence management.
• •Partner with suppliers and procurement teams to address quality, delivery, and material availability issues.
• •Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, process flows, and engineering change documentation.
• •Utilize manufacturing data and digital tools to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• •Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment activities to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
• •Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• •Good communication and project management skills.
• •Proactively to pick up AI tools and knowledge.
• •Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
