About the Role

Overview

Caristo develops AI-powered cardiovascular imaging technologies that translate scientific breakthroughs into clinically impactful products. We are looking for a Product Innovation Lead to help define, prototype and de-risk future product opportunities before they are incorporated into regulated medical devices.

Operating from the Research & Innovation Team, the successful candidate will operate across Research, Engineering, Operations, Clinical, Regulatory, and external collaborators to help determine what should be built, why it matters and how it reaches patients.

Help define and de-risk the regulatory pathway

Deliver validated prototype capabilities ready for product implementation

Create a roadmap for future product evolution

Build effective cross-functional relationships

Help ensure external collaborations translate into product opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building clarity from incomplete information, naturally works across teams and disciplines, balances near-term delivery with long-term product thinking, shares work early, iterates rapidly and takes ownership without requiring formal authority.

We value judgement, pragmatism and collaboration over academic perfection. We are looking for someone who can make good decisions in the presence of uncertainty, build alignment across teams and keep complex programmes moving forward.

Experience developing or evaluating machine learning technologies

Strong scientific and technical reasoning ability
