Product Intern

As a Product Intern , you will work with the Product and Technology teams on Attero’s supply chain products, including our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) .

You will work closely with business users, operations teams, and developers to understand requirements, coordinate product development, test new features, and drive adoption of technology across our supply chain operations.

This is a hands-on role suitable for an engineering graduate who wants to build a career in Product Management. High-performing interns may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Work with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to understand their processes and requirements.
• •Gather and document business and user requirements for WMS, TMS, and other supply chain products.
• •Convert business requirements into clear product requirements and user flows.
• •Coordinate with developers to explain requirements and track development progress.
• •Test new features before release and identify functional issues or gaps.
• •Work with business users during product rollout and implementation.
• •Drive adoption of WMS, TMS, and other digital tools across operational teams.
• •Collect feedback from users and identify opportunities to improve existing products.
• •Track product usage and adoption after implementation.
• •Support Product Managers in managing product backlogs, documentation, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• •Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering is mandatory.
• •Experience: 0 years – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •Good communication skills and ability to interact with business users and developers.
• •Ability to understand business processes and convert them into structured requirements.
• •Basic understanding of software products and the software development lifecycle.
• •Good working knowledge of Excel and presentation tools.
• •Willingness to learn and work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
• •Strong ownership and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Interest in Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Technology.
• •Basic understanding of warehouse management, transportation, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• •Exposure to SQL, analytics, APIs, or software development will be an advantage.
• •Previous internships, college projects, or coursework involving technology products will be an advantage.
