As the Product Lead aligned to a pod, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our B2C/B2B digital loyalty products integrated into our digital platforms per the pod scope - from discovery to build, launch, and continuous optimization. This role requires technical depth, principled decision‑making, a high bar for quality, and the ability to lead confidently in uncharted territory. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross‑functional business leaders to develop intelligent, seamless digital experiences at speed.

Champion a consumer/customer centric approach: lead discovery, synthesize insights, analyze behavior and market data in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Map end‑to‑end journeys and identify friction points to create seamless, modern loyalty and commerce experiences.

Data, experimentation, and optimization

Instrument analytics with Data teams to track product performance and guide roadmap decisions.

Run experiments (A/B tests, pilots, incremental rollouts) to validate hypotheses and optimize funnel outcomes.

Operationalize measurement for AI features (online/offline evals, A/B tests) and use insights to iterate the roadmap.

Stakeholder alignment & GTM

Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and CX teams to prepare for launch and ensure cross‑functional readiness
