The Opportunity

As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, development, and growth of assigned product lines. Working closely with OEM partners, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, drive growth, and maximize portfolio value.

A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with our OEM partners. As the primary interface between TP Aerospace and OEMs within your portfolio, you will drive collaboration, commercial discussions, and strategic initiatives that support long-term growth.

Alongside the strategic and commercial aspects of the role, you will stay close to the day-to-day performance of your product lines, monitoring sales, inventory, profitability, customer demand, and market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Working across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, you will create alignment and contribute to the successful execution of key initiatives.

The position includes approximately 30-40 travel days per year.

What you will be doing

Manage and develop assigned product lines with responsibility for supporting growth and delivering business objectives.

Build and strengthen relationships with OEM partners and act as their primary point of contact within TP Aerospace.

Driving the process around regular business reviews, opportunity discussions, and strategic initiatives with OEMs, in close collaboration with the Director of Product Line Management

Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, profitability, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Translate business insights into concrete actions and support execution through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Work closely with Sales, S&OP and Purchasing to align priorities and support business objectives.

Implement product line initiatives such as new sales campaigns or regional stocking from concept through implementation and ensure successful follow-through.

Support commercial discussions and negotiations with partners.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who can identify with the description below:

You have a relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

You have experience from product management, program management, commercial management, or another business-oriented role.

You have experience working with and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You are comfortable working with data and using insights on sales, inventory, profitability, and market developments to support business decisions.

Industry experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Skills and Attributes:

You are a strong relationship builder who can establish credibility, build trust and create alignment across different stakeholders and levels.

You have a commercial and analytical mindset and are able to look at challenges from different perspectives, connect the dots, and translate insights into practical actions.

You work in a structured and organized way, taking a proactive and results-oriented approach to driving topics forward

You are collaborative and able to create momentum and influence others and comfortable constructively challenging stakeholders when needed and keeping important topics moving.

You have a hands-on approach and are comfortable diving into details when needed, whether related to sales, inventory, performance, or day-to-day operational challenges.
