Product Manager – Healthcare Platforms (RCM, API & Integrations)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong technical depth and healthcare domain expertise to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of revenue‑cycle‑focused products. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, payer integrations, EHR/PM ecosystems, and modern cloud‑based engineering platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for RCM workflows including eligibility, claims, payments, denials, and posting.

Translate operational and business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements.

Technical Product Ownership

Work closely with engineering teams on .NET services, SQL Server data models, Azure cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.

Define and govern API contracts for integrations with payer systems such as Optum and Availity.

Healthcare Integrations & Interoperability

Lead integrations with Practice Management (PM) and EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and ModMed.

Support healthcare transaction standards and payer‑specific workflows.

Stakeholder & Execution Management

Partner with RCM operations, billing, enrollment, and denial management teams.

Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure HIPAA and healthcare data security alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of .NET application architecture.

Proficiency in SQL Server.

Experience with Microsoft Azure.

API‑first design and system integration expertise.

Healthcare & RCM Domain Expertise

Deep knowledge of RCM workflows such as eligibility, claims, denials, payments, and AR follow‑ups.

Experience with PM & EHR systems.

Direct experience with payer platforms like Optum and Availity.

Product Management Skills

Proven experience managing healthcare product roadmaps.

Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12).

Exposure to AI/ML or automation within healthcare RCM platforms.

Impact of the Role

Improve revenue realization and denial prevention.

Enable scalable integrations across payers, EHRs, and PM systems.

Serve as a bridge between engineering and healthcare operations.
