Lead and manage assigned On-Site product portfolios, defining and driving forward-looking product roadmaps that enhance technological leadership, cost competitiveness, industrialization efficiency, and reliability. Maintain a global product perspective to ensure continuous performance optimization and strong market alignment. Drive strategic cross-functional support for Proposal teams to deliver highly competitive offers, while serving as a key product expert for Project Execution teams.

您将如何贡献和成长？

• •Establish, execute, and continuously refine the product development strategy and technology roadmap in tight alignment with On-Site & Packaged Units Product Line priorities and IM WBL strategic directives (via steering committees, Project Charters, and executive reporting);
• •Ensure the compliance of the Product to AL technical & safety standards: coordinate with Core Competencies team, with Product Design Authorities, with responsible Design Authorities of TC and with Group IMS requirements, ensure code adaptation or transfer when applicable;
• •Maintain high market alignment and customer proximity by partnering with global AL subsidiaries for market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, product portfolio updates, and strategic plan execution;
• •Support Proposal & Estimation team with the technical solutions, cost-sheets reviews, follow-up with Supply Chain Management and Sourcing team;
• •Support on the efficient Project execution;
• •Spearhead continuous product improvement initiatives and knowledge capitalization to consistently expand market share and enhance margin competitiveness;
• •Maintain an up-to-date product documentation package for execution and operation.

• •Master degree in engineering or relevant background;
• •At least 5 years’ experience at plant design, product or project management in the related field;
• •Deep expertise in on-site gas generation technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes;
• •Strong technical passion, strategic mindset, and proactive drive, with site deployment or international project experience strongly preferred;
• •Familiar with estimation, proposal and project execution;
• •Highly organized and rigorous, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills for corporate stakeholder management.
