Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to help drive execution across our product roadmap.

This is an execution-focused role designed for someone early in their product career who wants to develop strong fundamentals in building and shipping high-quality software products.

You’ll work across a broad set of initiatives and partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to take products from concept through launch and iteration. You will play a critical role in expanding the team’s execution capacity by owning day-to-day product development work and helping move key initiatives forward.

What You’ll Do:

Own feature development end-to-end: Drive features from initial concept through launch, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, feedback collection, and iteration

Develop product requirements: Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, incorporating input from engineering, design, operations, and other business stakeholders

Partner closely with engineering and design: Ensure smooth collaboration, unblock issues, and maintain development velocity throughout the product lifecycle

Support launches and rollouts: Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, revenue operations, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption

Contribute to product discovery: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization

Build and analyze product metrics: Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support experimentation to improve product outcomes

Work across the product roadmap: Contribute across multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity over time to develop ownership over a dedicated product area and engineering team
