Description

Ntracts helps healthcare organizations manage legal and compliance operations, mitigate risk, and work more efficiently.

We’re looking for a product manager to own a new product from definition through launch and adoption. You bring strong product judgment, a point of view on design, and a habit of using AI to work more effectively. Our engineering team moves quickly. You’ll keep discovery, decisions, and rollout preparation moving at the same pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Discover and decide: Run focused customer discovery, test key assumptions, and prioritize the roadmap against customer needs and business goals. Use experience and evidence to make timely decisions, then adapt as you learn.
  • Shape the experience for enterprise needs: Bring opinions on workflows and usability. Make complex enterprise tasks easier for customers. Account for permissions, auditability, privacy, integrations, and implementation requirements early, balancing launch needs with what can follow.
  • Keep engineering moving: Prepare clear success measures and acceptance criteria. Resolve questions quickly and, when needed, break features into valuable increments for our users.
  • Own rollout and adoption: Coordinate pilots, customer communications, and launch readiness. Enable sales and marketing with positioning and demos, and prepare implementation, customer success, and support with training and documentation. Measure adoption and customer outcomes, then iterate.
  • Use AI to increase your impact: Accelerate research synthesis, requirements, edge-case analysis, and launch materials. Automate repetitive work, check the outputs, and continually improve how you work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in product management or comparable experience taking a feature or workflow from concept through launch. You want ownership of the whole customer experience.
  • Product judgment grounded in customer exposure and shipping experience. You know when you have enough information to act and can explain your tradeoffs.
  • Practical experience using AI to improve the speed and quality of your product work, with specific examples of what changed.
  • Experience with enterprise B2B software, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while keeping a fast-moving team aligned. Healthcare compliance experience is a plus.
  • An eye for design is appreciated.
  • Remote (CST or EST preferred), travel 2–4 times a year.
