About Pave Bank

Pave Bank is building modern financial infrastructure across payments, banking, trading, and digital asset services. We operate at the intersection of regulated finance, technology, and global capital movement, with a focus on creating products that are operationally robust, commercially scalable, and technically sophisticated.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating complex business problems into executable product and engineering outcomes, and helping shape new business verticals from the ground up.

This is not a traditional “roadmap maintenance” product role. The ideal candidate is commercially curious, technically literate, and excited to work across multiple domains within financial services.

Over time, we expect this role to evolve into ownership of a business unit or strategic product vertical.

What You’ll Do

Drive Cross-Functional Product Execution

Work closely with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships, and engineering teams to shape and launch new capabilities.

Translate business needs, operational workflows, and strategic goals into clear product requirements and execution plans.

Partner with engineers on product design, technical tradeoffs, implementation sequencing, and delivery.

Help define APIs, workflows, operational tooling, and user experiences across financial products.

Operate Across Multiple Financial Domains

You may work across:

Cross-border payments

Banking infrastructure

Trading and liquidity products

Investment-related initiatives

Treasury and settlement workflows

Client-facing financial tooling

The role requires comfort switching contexts quickly and developing working fluency in multiple parts of the financial stack.

Strategic and Commercial Thinking

Identify opportunities for new product lines, operational efficiencies, or market expansion.

Contribute to business cases, market sizing, pricing considerations, and go-to-market thinking.

Work with stakeholders to evaluate commercial viability and operational feasibility of new initiatives.

Think beyond feature delivery and understand how products contribute to revenue, risk, and long-term company positioning.

Communication & Alignment

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and align stakeholders around priorities and execution.

Communicate effectively with both highly technical engineers and commercially-focused stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Product & Business Judgment

Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured execution plans.

Strong intuition for prioritization, tradeoffs, and operational practicality.

Commercial mindset with interest in how financial products create value.

Technical Fluency

You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable:

Working closely with backend and infrastructure teams

Understanding APIs, workflows, and system dependencies

Discussing implementation tradeoffs with engineers

Writing clear and structured product requirements

Adaptability

Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

Able to move between strategic discussions and execution details.

Curious and proactive in unfamiliar domains.

Communication Skills

Clear written and verbal communication.

Ability to synthesize complex topics into actionable decisions.

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, banking, payments, trading, or financial services

Exposure to regulated environments

Experience working with engineering teams on backend-heavy products

Background in consulting, startups, strategy, operations, or technical product management

Experience building 0→1 products or new business initiatives

Why This Role Is Different

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional product management.

You will be exposed to:

Strategic business decisions

Financial infrastructure and global payments

Technical systems and operational workflows

New market and product expansion

Leadership opportunities across emerging business lines

We are looking for someone who wants to help build the business.

What We Offer:

The opportunity to shape the future of programmable banking and define new standards for global business finance.

A mission-driven, diverse, and international team with deep domain expertise and a passion for innovation.

Competitive compensation and benefits package.

Equity in the company—so you're aligned with our growth and success.

Is this role actually a fit for you?
