We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, comfortable working with technical teams, and eager to develop a deep understanding of a sophisticated technology platform.

This is an opportunity for an early-to-midcareer Product Manager to take ownership of product initiatives and contribute directly to the evolution of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to identify product priorities and enhancement opportunities.

Support the development and ongoing management of product roadmaps.

Evaluate customer needs, operational challenges, and business requirements to identify opportunities for product improvements.

Help prioritize product enhancements based on business value, client impact, and technical considerations.

Monitor industry developments and competing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Product Development & Requirements

Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and operational teams to translate business needs into product requirements.

Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Participate in product planning, backlog refinement, and development discussions.

Clarify requirements and support technical teams throughout the development process.

Review completed functionality to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Coordinate with quality assurance and business stakeholders during product testing and validation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and client-facing teams.

Gather feedback from internal users and clients to inform product improvements.

Communicate product priorities, enhancements, and development progress to stakeholders.

Participate in product demonstrations and discussions with clients as needed.

Support successful implementation and adoption of new product capabilities.

Identify opportunities to improve product usability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a closely related field.

2–5 years of experience in software product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related technology-focused role.

Experience gathering business requirements and working with technical teams.

Understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of product initiatives.

Strong interest in technology and understanding complex business systems.

Preferred

Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with coursework or experience in technology, product development, or business analytics.

Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, financial technology, or mortgage servicing.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Scrum, and product backlog management.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.

Understanding of data-driven applications, workflow automation, or complex financial systems.

Product Owner or Product Management certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who:

Enjoys understanding how software works and how it can solve business problems.

Asks thoughtful questions and challenges assumptions constructively.

Can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Is comfortable collaborating with developers, business analysts, and operational teams.

Understands the importance of prioritization, accountability, and follow-through.

Is adaptable, resourceful, and willing to learn a complex industry.

Wants to grow professionally while contributing directly to product development and innovation.
