Role: Product Manager + Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore or Gurugram or Noida

Experience: 8 Plus

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst within Capital Markets

Strong domain expertise in Equity Derivatives (Must)

Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders

Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process mapping

Ability to work closely with Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in Banking / Financial Services / Investment Banking / Capital Markets environments

Strong understanding of the Equity Derivatives lifecycle and processes

Key Responsibilities:

Drive delivery of Capital Markets initiatives from requirements through implementation

Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology teams

Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines

Facilitate discussions across Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams

Identify process improvements and support solution design

Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Skills: Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Process Mapping, Equity Derivatives

Experience: 8.00-10.00 Years
