About the job

You manage and develop parts of our global Down the Hole (DTH) product portfolio throughout its lifecycle. Working closely with customers, sales areas, R&D and Operations, you drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing our offering and turning customer needs into business results.

Job responsibilities

Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the DTH strategy.

Drive new product introductions and manage the existing portfolio.

Follow market trends, competitors and customers need to identify opportunities.

Actively engage with sales areas and customers to identify business opportunities, initiate customer trials and drive activities that support business growth.

Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

Build relationships and drive collaboration across functions and divisions to develop complete solutions, strengthen customer value propositions and turn opportunities into action.

Location

This position is based on-site in Sandviken. International travel is included to meet customers, sales teams and other stakeholders.

Your profile

You have a background in product management, sales, application engineering, engineering, or a similar field. More important is your ability to understand technical products, recognize commercial opportunities, and make progress together with others.

Your background includes

A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.

Technical understanding combined with a strong customer and business focus.

Fluency in English.

Experience in mining, construction, or another technical industry is an advantage.

You’re energetic, proactive and collaborative, with a strong drive to achieve results. You enjoy building relationships, working with others and finding solutions. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, combined with the confidence to challenge the status quo, is essential. An entrepreneurial mindset helps you move between strategic thinking and practical action.
