About Techdome

At Techdome, we turn AI ambition into enterprise-grade products. Our engineers, designers, and AI specialists build LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, conversational assistants, autonomous agents, and workflow automation for clients in FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, and SaaS. Every product ships with the integrations, security, and compliance that enterprise clients demand.

Why This Role Exists

Anyone can get a GenAI prototype working in a weekend. The hard part is everything after: passing a security review, staying inside budget, keeping costs per query sane, and earning the trust of real users.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who treats that hard part as the real job. You’ll own products end to end, from the first client conversation through launch and long-term growth, and you’ll be the person who spots the vague requirement, the missed handoff, or the quiet risk while it’s still cheap to fix.

What You’ll Own

Product vision and scope

  • Shape a client’s idea into a clear product definition with realistic milestones, timelines, and budgets.
  • Go deep on each client’s industry, regulations, and compliance obligations, and convert them into requirements engineers can build from without guessing.

Taking GenAI from prototype to production

  • Partner with ML engineers to harden LLM, RAG, agent, and automation prototypes into reliable, scalable, and safe systems.
  • Define the metrics that matter in production, including accuracy, latency, evaluation scores, and cost per query, and review them continuously.
  • Make sure every AI feature integrates cleanly with client systems via APIs and meets enterprise expectations for security, data privacy, and uptime.

Leading across disciplines

  • Align UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysts so handoffs are explicit and nothing relies on assumption.
  • Plan team capacity and keep every party accountable to their commitments.
  • Manage third-party partners, including LLM and cloud providers.

Managing risk, change, and communication

  • Run structured change control whenever scope, timeline, or budget shifts.
  • Surface and escalate delivery, technical, and AI-specific risks early: hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, bias, and runaway costs.
  • Track work in JIRA or Azure DevOps and give clients and leadership clear, no-surprise updates.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, planning, tracking, and reporting.

What You Bring

Must have

  • 2+ years as a Product Manager shipping complex enterprise software on time and on budget.
  • Hands-on GenAI experience, ideally having launched at least one LLM, RAG, or agent-based product, plus a solid grasp of the AI lifecycle and its risks.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall, and of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
  • Enough technical depth in the SDLC, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD to challenge estimates and earn engineers’ respect.
  • Sound judgment on risk, change, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including with senior client executives.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation, guardrails, and cost-optimization practices.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI/cloud certification.
  • Deep domain expertise in FinTech or Healthcare.
  • Experience across industries and the curiosity to pick up a new one fast.

How We’ll Measure Success

  • Day 30: You know how Techdome delivers, you’ve met the team, and you’re up to speed on active client projects.
  • Day 60: You independently lead at least one project, owning the plan, the risks, and the client relationship.
  • Day 90: You land a key milestone, make a visible improvement to how we run projects, and have earned the trust of both team and clients.

What’s in It for You

  • Technically demanding GenAI work across multiple industries.
  • Daily collaboration with seasoned designers, engineers, QA specialists, and AI experts.
  • A genuine say in how projects are planned, run, and delivered.
  • Room to build deep expertise at the frontier of GenAI.
