Portfolio
Ausgestaltung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Portfoliostrategie
Permanente Portfolioanalysen bezüglich Qualität, Markt und Wettbewerb
Initiale Preisgestaltung der Verkaufspreise
Mengen- und Ertragsplanung
Monitoring der Margen- und Umsatzentwicklung
Verhandlung der Rahmenbedingungen mit Zielgebietsagenturen und Marketingpartnern
Relationship Management im Zielgebiet mit strategischen Partnern
Einkaufsbriefing sowie Mitwirkung im saisonalen Hoteleinkauf bei strategischen Partnern

Produktabwicklung
Sicherstellung der permanenten Buchbarkeit aller Produkte
Kommunikationsschnittstelle zum Vertrieb zur optimalen Vermarktung des Portfolios
Kommunikationsschnittstelle für Leistungsträger

Marketing
Bereitstellung von Informationen für Vertriebsmaßnahmen und Teilnahme an Vertriebsveranstaltungen
Erstellung und kontinuierliche Anpassung der Kapazitäts- und Abverkaufsplanung

Dein Profil

abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einem Reiseveranstalter
umfassendes Verständnis für touristische Zusammenhänge
weitreichende Zielgebiets- und touristische Marktkenntnisse
ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen
verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und -verantwortung
zielorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und guten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
