What you will be doing:

You will run the end-to-end product lifecycle of Arena initiatives you are responsible for.

Create, communicate, and execute the roadmap and strategy to achieve the goals.

Define the right success metrics for features and products, along with the data needed to support them.

Leverage user feedback to guide prioritization and improve product outcomes.

Optimize the product funnel through growth initiatives and strategic integrations with external platforms.

Work across multiple AI modalities, including conversational AI, voice, and video.

Design and refine evaluation frameworks for AI-powered products.

Must-Have Experience:

4+ years of product experience, preferably in a SaaS platform software

Knowledge of LLM, Generative AI technologies, RAG applications and agents.

Experience in fast-paced start-up environments

Strong organizational skills: prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, risk identification, and mitigation.

Experience with Agile development process

Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch, delivering high-quality experiences end-to-end.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

Prior software engineering experience or experience in developer-facing roles.

Experience with real-time communication products.

Industry experience and familiarity with UI design and best practices, APIs, general programming languages and concepts, including web and mobile application architectures and components, and network effect concepts.

Tireless eye for detail and a demonstrated obsession with building great user experiences.

Advanced English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
