Product Manager, Cell Culture Media Services

The Product Manager – Services is responsible for accelerating growth of Cytiva’s cell culture media services business in China. The role translates customer and market needs into differentiated service strategies and leads cross-functional execution across product management, research and development, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management Services and is part of the Cell Culture Media Product Management team. The role is based in China and supports customers and commercial teams across the country. The specific work arrangement and primary location will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

What you will do:

• •Develop and execute the China growth strategy for the Cell Culture Media Services portfolio, including media development, rapid-response production, and analytical and stability services.
• •Create China-specific value propositions, portfolio positioning, and commercial priorities that support revenue growth and market-share expansion.
• •Lead service opportunities from customer need and business case through solution definition, contracting support, execution, and delivery.
• •Build and maintain market, customer, and competitive intelligence for China, and translate insights into portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.
• •Enable commercial teams with technical presentations, competitive analyses, sales tools, and training that strengthen customer engagement and opportunity conversion.

Who you are:

• •Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• •Five or more years of experience in product management, program management, or a related commercial or technical function within life sciences, bioprocessing, or cell culture media, including knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements relevant to biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing in China.
• •Experience developing and executing at least one growth strategy, value proposition, or portfolio plan using customer, market, and competitive data.
• •Experience leading customer-facing projects or programs through cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• •Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.

Travel requirements:

Ability to travel within China and internationally up to 30%, including overnight travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• •Experience in cell culture media development, rapid-response manufacturing, or analytical and stability services.
• •Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed global organization
