The Product Manager, Customer Value – Intelligent Equipment is responsible for identifying customer needs that Cytiva is best positioned to solve with data, digital and AI, across both our Service and Hardware offerings. The role builds the business case for each opportunity—such as reducing downtime, enabling condition-based maintenance or improving how customers track work orders—and communicates it clearly to Research & Development, Solution Architects and the development teams who build the solutions. The role also drives adoption of Cytiva’s digital offerings so customers realize the intended value.

This position reports to the Product Director, Intelligent Equipment and is part of the Automation & Digital Product Management team located in Poland and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Understand real customer needs: lead deep discovery with biomanufacturing customers to uncover the problems behind their requests—across Service and Hardware—and quantify what solving them is worth.

Find where Cytiva can win: pinpoint the highest-value needs Cytiva is best positioned to solve with data, digital and AI—such as predictive insights that enable condition-based maintenance, AI assistants that speed up troubleshooting, or connected equipment that prevents unplanned downtime—and build the business case.

Shape what gets built: partner with Product Owners and Solution Architects to turn validated needs into clear problem statements and success criteria, so development teams build solutions customers will actually use.

Prove value early: recruit and support co-development, beta and pilot customers, test solutions in real operations, and use the results to refine—or stop—ideas quickly.

Deliver measurable impact: drive adoption with regional sales teams and Digital Champions, and capture outcomes as customer stories that guide the roadmap and help get medicines to patients faster.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5+ years of related work experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience, OR Doctoral degree with related work experience.

3+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, field applications, technical sales or service, supporting business-to-business technical, industrial or software products.

Experience delivering product demonstrations and customer onboarding or adoption programs for digital, software or software-as-a-service solutions.

Experience building quantified customer value assessments or business cases (for example, return on investment, downtime or productivity cost analysis).

Fluent written and spoken English & minimum good knowledge of Polish language (written and spoken).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 40% within the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, including overnight and international travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Life sciences, biopharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Customer relationship management or product management tools such as Salesforce or Aha!.

Working with customers in additional European languages.
