About Techdome

Techdome builds AI-first products for enterprise clients in FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, and SaaS. Our engineers, designers, and AI specialists work on LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, conversational assistants, autonomous agents, and workflow automation, alongside scalable enterprise platforms with the integrations, security, and compliance that clients require.

Role Summary

A GenAI demo takes a weekend. A product that survives a compliance review, a budget cycle, and real users takes a PM who knows the difference.

As Product Manager, you will own each product from the first client conversation through launch and beyond. You are accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and the client relationship. You will turn a talented cross-functional team into shipped products by catching unclear requirements, dropped handoffs, and unspoken risks while they are still cheap to fix.

Key Responsibilities

Product and scope

  • Convert client vision into clear scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets that are ambitious but technically realistic.
  • Learn each client’s industry, regulations, and compliance needs, and translate them into requirements the team can build without guesswork.

GenAI delivery

  • Work with ML engineers to move LLM, RAG, agent, and automation prototypes into reliable, scalable, safe production systems.
  • Define and track production metrics: accuracy, latency, evaluation results, and cost per query.
  • Ensure AI features integrate with client systems through APIs and meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, and uptime.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Coordinate UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysts so handoffs are clean and nothing is left to assumption.
  • Plan team capacity and hold all parties to clear commitments.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including LLM and cloud providers.

Risk, change, and reporting

  • Run structured change control for scope, timeline, and budget impacts.
  • Identify and escalate delivery, technical, and AI-specific risks early: hallucinations, prompt injection, data privacy, bias, and runaway costs.
  • Track progress in JIRA or Azure DevOps and give clients and leadership clear, no-surprise updates.
  • Use AI tools to speed up documentation, planning, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

Must have

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager delivering complex enterprise software on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on GenAI experience, ideally having shipped at least one LLM, RAG, or agent-based product, with a clear understanding of the AI lifecycle and its risks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall, and of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
  • Technical grounding in the SDLC, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD, enough to challenge estimates and earn engineers’ respect.
  • Strong judgment in managing risk, change, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior client stakeholders.

Good to have

  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation, guardrails, and cost-optimization practices.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI/cloud certification.
  • Deep expertise in FinTech or Healthcare.
  • Exposure to multiple industries and the curiosity to learn a new one quickly.

Success Metrics

First 30 days: Learn Techdome’s delivery process, meet the team, and get up to speed on active client projects.

By 60 days: Independently lead at least one project, owning the plan, the risks, and the client relationship.

By 90 days: Deliver a key milestone, improve how we run projects, and earn the trust of the team and clients.

What We Offer

  • Technically demanding GenAI projects across multiple industries.
  • Daily collaboration with experienced designers, engineers, QA specialists, and AI experts.
  • A real voice in how projects are planned, run, and delivered.
  • Deep expertise-building at the frontier of GenAI.
