  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für ein Produktportfolio
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Übersetzung in konkrete Produkt- und Business-Anforderungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produkt-,Innovations- und Wachsstumsstrategien
  • Steuerung technischer und kommerzieller Produkt-Roadmaps sowie Business Cases
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Einkauf und Service
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Ausschreibungen sowie Erstellung von Management- und Marketingunterlagen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste Führungsverantwortung, idealerweise in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Fähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Analyse- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Pragmatismus, Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
