  • Technische Verantwortung für Robotersysteme über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produkt- und Systemroadmap in Abstimmung mit Engineering und Corporate Development
  • Technische Unterstützung von Pre-Sales und Application Engineering
  • Übersetzung von Markt-, Kunden- und Applikationsanforderungen in technische Produktanforderungen
  • Technischer Support für ausgelieferte Systeme in der frühen Markteinführungsphase (2nd-/3rd-Level)
  • Analyse von Feldfeedback und Systemperformance zur kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
  • Mitwirkung bei Systemarchitektur, Produktvarianten und Standardisierung
  • Pflege technischer Dokumentation und Release-Informationen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierung) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer technisch geprägten Rolle (Engineering, technisches Produktmanagement oder technischer Vertrieb)
  • Kenntnisse oder ein relevanter Hintergrund im Umfeld der Bundeswehr wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis komplexer Robotik- und Automatisierungssysteme
  • Programmierkenntnisse in ROS2 und Python
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (z. B. ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849) o.ä.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-/Simulationsprogrammen, CRM-Systemen und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region, gültiger Pkw-Führerschein
  • Stark technisch geprägt, analytisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Kommunikationsstark an der Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Sales und Kunden
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, insbesondere in der frühen Produkt- und Markteinführungsphase
