  • Kunden-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanforderungen sowie Identifikation von
  • Optimierungs- und Innovationspotenzialen für Steuerungs- und
  • Überwachungslösungen. Strukturierung und Spezifikation von Portfolio
  • Epics einschließlich Definition von Features, Akzeptanzkriterien und
  • technischen Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern,
  • Product Lifecycle Managern und Systemarchitekten. Planung,
  • Priorisierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsinitiativen unter
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Budget- und
  • Qualitätszielen mithilfe etablierter ALM- und
  • Projektmanagement-Tools. Koordination der bereichsübergreifenden
  • Zusammenarbeit zwischen Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und
  • Fertigung bis zur Sales- und Manufacturing-Freigabe. Dokumentation von
  • Entwicklungsfortschritten, Ergebnissen und Lessons Learned gemäß
  • geltenden PLM-Richtlinien und Entwicklungsmeilensteinen. DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der
  • Elektrotechnik (Bachelor, Master oder vergleichbar). Mindestens fünf
  • Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement von
  • Hochspannungsschaltanlagen, Steuerungs- und Überwachungssystemen oder
  • verwandten technischen Produkten. Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im
  • Projektmanagement komplexer Entwicklungs- oder Kundenprojekte sowie
  • fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden. Vorhandene SAFe-Zertifizierung
  • sowie praktische Erfahrung in einem SAFe-orientierten
  • Entwicklungsumfeld. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und
  • Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz im internationalen Umfeld sowie
