We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and technically-inclined Product Manager to lead our Model Management initiatives. Take ownership of product outcomes by establishing high standards of excellence, filling gaps, communicating transparently, and uniting cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Serve as a key ambassador for Tapestry, building strategic relationships with external partners and driving customer discovery and outreach.
Leverage AI tools to refine and optimize collaborative workflows across the entire product development lifecycle.
Partner with engineering, design, commercial, and other teams to define and execute a core Tapestry product line.
Shape long-term product strategy through rigorous prioritization, commercial analysis, clear communication, and defensible decision-making.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment grounded in clarity, accountability, and high-velocity execution.
Enrich Tapestry’s culture through strong mission alignment, unwavering integrity, and kindness.
What you should have…
5+ years of experience in B2B product management.
3+ years of domain experience in energy-related fields.
Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
First-principles mindset and creative approach to identifying differentiated solutions.
Deep motivation to drive real-world impact and build transformative technologies.
