Employment Type: Full-time Contractor

About the Client

A fast-growing, creator-powered social and monetization platform empowering creators, artists, and brands to engage their audiences, monetize digital content, and build direct, high-value fan relationships. We operate at the intersection of consumer social, digital media, creator monetization, and agentic AI.

The Mission

Turn creator and user needs into focused product decisions that improve activation, retention, engagement, and creator earnings.

The Role

The product brings content, community, and monetization together across mobile and web. The Product Manager will own discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement for an agreed product area, connecting user problems to measurable business outcomes.

You’ll align Design, Engineering, and Operations around clear priorities, thoughtful tradeoffs, and results the team can measure.

What You’ll Achieve in 12–18 Months

Build and deliver a prioritized roadmap grounded in user evidence and agreed business goals.

Improve activation and retention across owned journeys, measured against established cohort baselines.

Improve creator monetization or engagement while maintaining product safety and quality.

Establish reliable measurement, ongoing user discovery, and consistent post-launch learning.

What You’ll Do

Talk with creators and users, analyze product behavior and support trends, and identify the problems worth solving.

Own roadmap and backlog priorities; partner with Design and Engineering to define requirements, success measures, and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate scope, dependencies, experiments, and launches; communicate tradeoffs and account for safety and accessibility.

Partner with the team on instrumentation, evaluate funnel and cohort results, and use post-launch evidence to iterate, expand, or stop work.

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of shipped consumer digital products and measurable outcomes.

Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements-writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Experience using product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments; SQL or equivalent analytical fluency is preferred.

Technical fluency in mobile and web products, APIs, and delivery tradeoffs, with a track record of effective partnership with Design and Engineering.

Sound judgment in balancing growth, revenue, user trust, and safety.

Experience with social, creator, or subscription products is preferred.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

Days 1–30: Build a thorough understanding of the product, interview the CEO to understand the product vision, speak with creators and users, and map key journeys and baseline metrics.

Days 31–60: Validate a priority problem and align with stakeholders on scope, success measures, and priorities.

Days 61–90: Launch an improvement or experiment, assess the results, and recommend next steps.

Reporting and Partnerships

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product. You’ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and business leaders.
