Define the strategy and roadmap for Time Critical Solutions
Develop playbooks and solution frameworks for urgent and complex customer needs
Drive innovation in OBC, Charters, Sameday Products, Diplomatic Courier, and related services
Ensure premium service quality and operational excellence
Support Sales with rapid and accurate solution design
Monitor performance and customer feedback to drive improvements
Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner capabilities and performance
Act as interface to IT and Project Management for solution‑related system enhancements
Communicate strategy and updates to stakeholders

Ihr Profil:

Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
Proven track record in freight forwarding, logistics and product management
Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
Proven ability to data-driven decision making
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
Business Travel
