在研華擔任IPC產品經理，負責領導 UTC系列自助式服務資訊站的整體產品策略與專案推動。UTC系列結合多點觸控螢幕與互動數位看板，專為提升品牌曝光與顧客互動而設計，涵蓋NFC、RFID、條碼掃描等多樣化尖端周邊應用。

作為產品經理，需深入掌握市場趨勢與客戶需求，制定產品藍圖，與跨部門團隊協同開發、測試與量產，確保產品具備工業級可靠性及高效穩定運行，提升使用者體驗並創造持續價值。

工作職責

掌握並分析新興產業趨勢，推動市場創新，定義目標市場、尖端產品規格及具影響力的上市策略。
制定並執行高效的新品行銷計劃，與區域銷售團隊協作，提升產品能見度並擴大市場占有率。
透過新產品導入（NPI）全流程，管理時程並主動解決研發與試產過程中的挑戰，確保產品準時上市。
跨部門協作，確保目標如期達成。
管理並追蹤新品樣品申請，確保協調及時且交付順利。
進行詳細成本分析與利潤預測，維護良好供應商關係，持續優化成本並提升產品獲利能力。

必備技能與資格

具3年以上，X86 & RISC產品開發管理經驗，持有PMP證照者優先。

熟悉SAP、PLA及Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）等工具。

具備卓越溝通能力及問題解決技巧，擁有跨部門協作成功的經驗。
