- Translate complex product guidelines, requirements and technical information into simple, practical language for loan officers, borrowers, and referral partners.
- Explain how a product works, identify the optimal customer and the borrower needs it solves, and how it can help a loan officer grow their business.
- Serve as a consistent on-camera product expert for short-form videos, social media content, webinars, product launches, interviews, livestreams, training programs and internal communications.
- Build a recognizable and trusted on-camera presence that makes mortgage education clear, credible, engaging and approachable.

- Translate longer product education into concise, engaging digital content, including short-form videos, social posts, talking points, FAQs, graphics and campaign concepts.
- Identify timely opportunities to connect CCM products with market conditions, borrower needs, industry trends and relevant social conversations.
- Create integrated product launch plans that include digital, social, video, email, training and sales enablement components.
- Develop supporting materials, including presentations, product guides, talking points, FAQs, email communications, video scripts, social copy, and sales tools.
- Develop borrower-focused stories and scenarios that demonstrate how products can be used in real-world situations.
- Equip loan officers with clear, compliant and shareable content they can confidently use across their own digital and social channels.
- Lead or participate in live product presentations, webinars, sales meetings, social broadcasts and training sessions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of CCM’s product portfolio, competitive landscape, digital trends and evolving borrower needs.
- Gather feedback from loan officers and sales leaders to identify knowledge gaps, messaging opportunities and areas where additional product education is needed.
- Use engagement data, content performance, product adoption and field feedback to evaluate and improve product marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all-digital, social and product marketing content is accurate, current, brand-aligned and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, mortgage lending, financial services, digital marketing, social media, sales enablement, product training or a related field.
- Experience presenting scripted and unscripted content for digital, social, webinar or live audiences.
- Experience creating or contributing to short-form video, social media and digital content.
- Experience developing product positioning, launch communications, training materials or sales enablement content.
- Direct experience working with loan officers, mortgage sales teams or mortgage product teams, preferred.
- Working knowledge of conventional, government, jumbo, non-QM, down payment assistance or specialty lending products, preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, lending terminology and the home financing process.
- Skill in simplifying technical or complex information without losing accuracy.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Dynamic, confident, and engaging on-camera presentation skills to effectively communicate and deliver virtual training, product demonstrations, and business presentations to diverse audiences.
