Job Description

Key responsibilities

Creative direction and design leadership

· Lead the creative direction and hands-on design of marketing materials for high-profile Capital Markets mandates.

· Develop compelling visual concepts, narratives and design systems tailored to each opportunity, audience and transaction strategy.

· Create and oversee pitches, credentials, investment memoranda, teasers, brochures, presentations, case studies and other sales collateral.

· Ensure every output is premium, consistent, accessible and aligned with corporate brand standards while retaining the individuality required by each mandate.

· Challenge conventional real estate marketing formats and propose more engaging ways to communicate investment stories.

Mandate marketing and sales enablement

· Partner with deal teams from the early pitch stage through launch and transaction execution, translating commercial objectives into clear marketing deliverables.

· Structure complex content into persuasive stories for investors, owners and other decision-makers.

· Coordinate the collection, validation and presentation of asset, market, financial, sustainability and legal information supplied by subject-matter experts.

· Build reusable templates, toolkits and best-practice examples that raise quality and improve speed across the wider team.

Digital, data and multi-format delivery

· Develop digital versions of sales materials, including responsive landing pages and other web-based experiences, using no-code, low-code or coding-supported approaches where appropriate.

· Understand how deal information is structured and governed in virtual data rooms (VDRs), and help create clear content architectures and user journeys around transaction materials.

· Work confidently with structured data, spreadsheets, content repositories and digital asset libraries to support accurate, efficient production.

· Collaborate with digital and technology specialists when solutions require deeper development, integration, security or data-governance expertise.

AI-enabled production and innovation

· Actively use approved AI tools to accelerate ideation, content structuring, image and video development, layout exploration, prototyping and repetitive production tasks.

· Identify scalable AI-enabled workflows that respond to the needs of a large, fast-moving Capital Markets team while preserving quality, confidentiality and human review.

· Experiment with emerging creative platforms for web experiences and video production, including tools such as Lovable and Higgsfield or approved equivalents.

· Apply sound judgement to AI outputs, checking accuracy, permissions, brand alignment, bias, confidentiality and suitability before use.

Project and stakeholder management

· Own multiple concurrent assignments, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, review rounds and final delivery requirements.

· Prioritise effectively in response to changing transaction timelines and high-pressure deadlines.

· Coordinate internal contributors, external designers, production partners, photographers, videographers and other suppliers where required.

· Maintain clear status reporting, version control, approval trails and organised project files.

· Raise risks early and propose practical solutions without compromising quality or accuracy.

Candidate profile

Essential experience and qualifications

· Demonstrable professional experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication, product marketing, creative services or a closely related discipline.

· A strong portfolio showing premium B2B, corporate, financial, property or professional-services work across long-form documents and presentation formats.

· Advanced hands-on capability with industry-standard design and presentation tools, ideally including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.

· Experience producing information-rich materials such as investment memoranda, proposals, reports, pitch books, brochures or comparable complex publications.

· Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously, including demanding stakeholders, tight deadlines and multiple review cycles.

· Working knowledge of digital production, content management, landing-page creation, no-code/low-code platforms, HTML/CSS or related web technologies.

· Practical experience using generative AI tools within creative or marketing workflows, with a clear understanding of the need for human quality control.

· Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and spoken.

Desirable experience

· Experience in commercial real estate, investment, financial services, consulting or another transaction-led environment.

· Familiarity with Capital Markets processes, investor audiences, deal documentation and VDR structures.

· Experience with motion design, video editing, AI video generation, photography or art direction.

· Knowledge of data visualisation, information design, UX/UI principles, prototyping or front-end development.

· Experience coordinating agencies, freelancers, print production and specialist digital suppliers.

· Relevant degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, communication design, marketing, digital media, multimedia, computer science or a related field.
