About Zuddl

Zuddl is an event platform for B2B companies. Customers use it to run conferences, field events, webinars and sponsored events, with the workflows and data from those events connected back to the rest of their marketing stack. Zuddl’s used by the likes of Figma, Clay, Checkpoint, Iterable, Profound, TikTok, Grafana Labs and more.

The Role

We’re looking for a product marketer who is strong at execution and cares about the quality of the finished work.

You’ll work across sales enablement, product and feature launches, landing pages, launch content and customer-facing collateral. You should be comfortable taking a product brief, finding the buyer value in it, and turning that into useful material across the places where Sales and Marketing need to tell the story.

This role suits someone who likes making things, works well with Sales and Design, and can write the first draft themselves.

What You’ll Own

1. Sales Enablement

Create the material BDRs and AEs use to open, progress and close deals.

That includes pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive material, objection handling, discovery support, customer proof and other collateral that comes up in active opportunities.

Spend time with Sales to understand where conversations are getting stuck. Keep improving the material based on what reps are hearing and using in the field.

2. Product and Feature Launches

Take launches from the product brief through the customer-facing execution.

Understand what shipped, who it matters to and why they should care. Turn that into the core message for the launch, then carry it across the assets the launch needs.

Depending on the release, that could include:

  • Landing pages and website updates
  • Feature launch blogs
  • Sales decks and one-pagers
  • Product walkthrough videos and scripts
  • Customer emails
  • Demo and talk-track material
  • Social and campaign assets
  • Internal launch briefs and enablement

3. Product Marketing Collateral

Create clear, useful material for buyers and sales teams.

You’ll often be the person turning a rough product brief or sales request into a finished asset. You should know what belongs in a deck, what belongs on a page and what should probably be cut.

Work closely with Design on the final execution. Give clear briefs, review work with a good eye, and care about how the words and design work together.

4. Messaging and Copy

Apply Zuddl’s positioning consistently across the work you produce.

A large part of the job is translating feature and product language into buyer language. You should be able to get from how something works to the problem it solves and the value a customer gets from it.

You’ll write your own copy for landing pages, launch content, decks, scripts and other PMM material. The work should be clear enough to say out loud and specific enough to be useful.

5. Customer and Competitive Context

Stay close to the conversations our buyers and customers are having.

Listen to sales calls, review customer feedback and understand the competitors that come up in deals. Use that context to make enablement, launch messaging and collateral sharper.

You’ll also help turn useful customer examples into proof that Sales and Marketing can use.

What We’re Looking For

You can write. And you love words.

You’re comfortable starting from a blank page. Your writing is clear, specific and sounds like it came from someone who understands the product and buyer.

You’ve done strong sales enablement work before.

You’ve created material that reps used in real deals, and you understand how to work with Sales without turning every request into another deck.

You can take a feature to market.

You’ve written launch content, built landing pages and created the supporting assets around a release. You know how the story needs to change across a page, a sales deck and a product walkthrough.

You have good taste.

You can look at a page, deck or video and tell when the hierarchy is wrong, the copy is doing too much or the asset still feels unfinished. You work well with designers because you can give useful feedback.

You’re good at turning product language into customer value.

You can work with Product and SMEs, understand the details, then decide which details matter to the buyer.

You get the work shipped.

You can manage the moving pieces around a launch or asset, work across teams and keep the standard high through the final version.

Experience

  • 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience creating sales enablement for BDR and AE teams
  • Experience supporting product or feature launches end to end
  • Strong writing samples across landing pages, blogs, sales collateral or similar work
  • Experience working closely with design teams on customer-facing assets
  • Experience creating or scripting product walkthrough videos
  • Experience in martech, events or selling to marketing teams is useful
