★ Product Marketing Manager, Media Command™
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Washington, D.C. area (hybrid)
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own Media Command™ positioning, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, and customer adoption. You'll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with our Sales team and internal product team. This role is AI-native, you'll use Claude for competitive analysis,
ROI modeling, messaging development, and customer reference management.
What You'll Do
Competitive Positioning & Messaging (40%): Own Media Command's positioning vs. other competitors. Develop win/loss messaging and collateral. Create battle cards for sales team. Conduct win/loss interviews and update messaging quarterly. Use Claude to synthesize competitive research and model ROI comparisons.
Sales Enablement & Support (35%): Create case studies (8-10 annually), one-sheets, demo scripts, and sales decks. Support sales team with proposal materials and RFP responses. Conduct discovery calls with prospects to inform messaging. Build customer reference program with 10+ active advocates. Track win rate, sales cycle length, and deal health.
Customer Adoption & Success (20%): Drive product adoption within 30 days of sale through onboarding sequences, webinars, and customer success coordination. Track adoption metrics and NPS. Identify expansion and upsell opportunities. Build product feature adoption campaigns for new releases.
AI-Leveraged Analysis & Strategy (5%): Use AI for competitive analysis, customer research synthesis, and ROI modeling. Build product marketing frameworks and templates for reuse.
What We're Looking For
Required:
5+ years in product marketing, with experience launching or scaling a B2B software product
Proven success with competitive positioning and win/loss analysis
Strong case study and sales enablement writing skills
Experience building and managing customer reference programs
Track record of driving product adoption and customer success metrics
Daily AI experience; ability to use AI for market research and analysis
Comfort with sales process and ability to partner closely with AEs
Preferred:
Broadcast, media, or video technology background
Experience with competitive SaaS software
Experience in high-growth SaaS (30%+ YoY growth)
ROI modeling and complex sales cycle experience (6+ months)
