 What this role is all about

As a Marketing & Product Success Intern , you will be part of the daily activities of our Marketing and/or Product Success areas. Product Success is the area that helps customers adopt our products and get real value from them, working between customers, sales, and product. You will work on OTT channels such as WhatsApp and Viber, where providers like Meta play a key role, in an international environment with hands-on exposure to both product and business topics. You will have a mentor who guides you through onboarding, and there is a possibility of development and long-term growth with us.

What you'll do

• •Support Product Success and Marketing team members in their daily work on product adoption, customer use cases, and solution implementation on OTT channels such as WhatsApp and Viber.
• •Work with data and product performance metrics in Excel, and gather feedback from sales teams, regions, and customers to help us spot improvement opportunities and take part in roadmap discussions.
• •Use AI tools to generate content and prepare internal materials such as product documentation, implementation guides, enablement guides, regional alignment materials, reports, and presentations.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, engineering, and design to understand how products are positioned, sold, and used.

What makes you a strong fit

• •You are a student in a technical, business, or related field (with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and similar).
• •You can work minimum 30h per week.
• •You are comfortable using AI tools, including for content generation.
• •You have knowledge of Excel (basic data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• •You communicate openly and can get your message across clearly.
• •You are proactive and ready to put in the effort to get things done.
• •You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• •You have valid student rights from "Studentski Centar".
