Job Description:

Sherpany is the Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its foundation in 2011, it has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. More than 300 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers already use Sherpany to make their business meetings more productive and thus increase their company’s success. According to a jury of international investors, Sherpany is one of the best scale-ups in Switzerland with the potential to become a unicorn. Sherpany employs over 150 people at six locations in Europe and remotely in 19 countries around the world.

Responsibilities

• •Evolve and drive positioning and offering together with Product Marketing team and senior stakeholders
• •Plan and execute communication for product releases and new features
• •Own and continuously improve website product messaging and updates
• •Own and manage key marketing channels for product communication
• •Work closely with Marketing, Branding, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align product messaging and ensure consistency across touchpoints
• •Act as a central coordination point for product-related communication initiatives
• •Monitor key competitors and industry trends, deliver monthly report and provide actionable recommendations for Go-to-Market leaders
• •Optimize and scale marketing processes through automation and continuous improvement

Profile

• •3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing or related role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• •Storytelling skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and information to team members and stakeholders
• •Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities, requirements, and project dynamics
• •Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to identify challenges, ideate, evaluate options, and implement lean, creative solutions
• •Time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• •Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
• •Market research and data analysis to stay on top of competition
• •Background in Customer Experience, Marketing, or Sales is desirable
• •English fluent
