Role overview:

This is a 9 -month fixed-term contract role within Keyloop's Product Operations function, specialising in Product & Pricing.

The Product Operations Specialist – Business Systems Analyst (Product & Pricing) bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions for Keyloop's product catalogue, SKU structure, and pricing configuration. Working closely with Product, Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams, this role ensures that product and pricing requirements are accurately captured, documented, and delivered into our CPQ, CRM, and billing systems.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis discipline with strong product and pricing domain knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-market product and pricing structures at pace. You will be working closely with a dedicated Project Manager and a Product Operations Specialist to help us deliver change .
