  • Für unseren Kunden in Luzern suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Product Owner , welche:r sich in agilen Organisationen zu Hause fühlt und fundierte Erfahrung im SAFe mitbringt.
  • In dieser Rolle gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte und Geschäftsprozesse aktiv mit und übernimmst eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Business, IT und Entwicklungsteams.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Priorisierung digitaler Produkte innerhalb einer agilen SAFe-Organisation
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs sowie Definition von Epics, Features und User Stories
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, Scrum Mastern, Product Management und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Aktive Teilnahme an SAFe-Zeremonien wie PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews und Inspect & Adapt
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare technische und funktionale Spezifikationen
  • Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Wertschöpfung durch agile Produktentwicklung und konsequente Ausrichtung am Business Value

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise in einer grösseren agilen Organisation
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit SAFe sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban
  • Erfahrung im Product Backlog Management, Requirements Engineering und in der Formulierung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Tools wie Jira und Confluence
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für agile Prozesse, crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Produktoptimierung
  • Erfahrung in der Krankenversicherungsbranche oder im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • SAFe-Zertifizierungen (z. B. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager – POPM) sind ein Plus
  • Strukturierte, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Stakeholder Management
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
