- Schulungen für Endanwender beim Kunden durchführen – von der Einzeleinweisung bis zum Gruppen-Workshop
- Schulungsunterlagen, Handouts und E-Learning-Inhalte erstellen und aktuell halten
- Neue Softwareversionen und Features schnell verstehen und didaktisch aufbereiten
- Anwender abholen, wo sie stehen – technisch wie menschlich
- Feedback aus Schulungen zurück ins Produktteam tragen: Was verwirrt? Was fehlt?
- Interne Wissensweitergabe im QUIS-Team – Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit einschulen

- Echte Freude daran, Dinge zu erklären – du wirst nicht ungeduldig, wenn jemand es beim dritten Mal versteht
- Hintergrund als Lehrer, Trainer, Ausbilder oder in der Erwachsenenbildung – oder einfach das Talent dazu
- IT-Affinität: Du lernst neue Software schnell und systematisch
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du passt dich an dein Publikum an – vom Lagerist bis zur Geschäftsführerin
- Reisebereitschaft für Vor-Ort-Schulungen bei unseren Kunden
- Strukturiertes Denken: Du kannst komplexe Abläufe in verständliche Schritte zerlegen
