Du möchtest die Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich aktiv vorantreiben und fachliche Verantwortung für moderne ERP-Lösungen übernehmen? Dann werde Teil unseres CCBS-Teams (Competence Center Business Solutions) und gestalte die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Als Product Owner Finance bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Finanzbereich, Fachabteilungen, IT und Implementierungspartnern. Du sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Anforderungen umgesetzt werden und unsere Finanzprozesse effizient, zukunftssicher und standardisiert unterstützt werden.

## Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Lösung in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen
Pflege und Steuerung des Product Backlogs
Gestaltung und Optimierung von Finance-Prozessen
Moderation von Workshops mit Fachbereichen und Key Usern
Definition von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
Fachliche Steuerung externer Implementierungspartner
Durchführung fachlicher Abnahmen und Qualitätssicherung
Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
Unterstützung bei Releases, Systemerweiterungen und Transformationsprojekten

## Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- Oder Rechnungswesen
Erfahrung im ERP-lJmfeld sowie Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse
Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst, Key User oder Prozessverantwortlicher von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und analytische Denkweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Moderationsgeschick
Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Von Vorteil:

Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Erfahrung in Digitalisierungs- oder Transformationsprojekten
Kenntnisse agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Finance-Prozessen und ERP-Systemen
