TDI – CIO People, Procurement and Legal: HR Technology verantwortet die Steuerung und strategische Ausrichtung global eingesetzter HR-Systeme. Gemeinsam mit unseren HR und COO Einheiten treiben wir die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte voran.

HR Technology betreut mehr als 100 global genutzte Systeme – darunter mehrere SaaS-Lösungen wie ServiceNow HRSD, AEM Forms, DocuSign und Perceptive Content. Wir sind eine internationale Einheit mit Schwerpunkten in Frankfurt und Pune (Indien).

In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie global eingesetzte Lösungen für digitale HR-Prozesse und Dokumentenservices. Im internationalen Team entwickeln Sie HR-Korrespondenz, die elektronische Personalakte und Prozessautomatisierungen strategisch weiter und wirken an Transformationsprojekten mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten HR-Produkte für Dokumentenerstellung, Output Management und digitale Prozessketten und gestalten die strategische Weiterentwicklung für HR-Korrespondenz, die elektronische Personalakte und Prozessautomatisierungen.
  • Sie analysieren und priorisieren fachliche Anforderungen und überführen diese in eine umsetzbare Produkt-Roadmap.
  • Sie optimieren durchgängige HR-Prozesse für Vertragsdokumente, regulatorische Schreiben und mitarbeitendenbezogene Kommunikation.
  • Sie identifizieren Automatisierungspotenziale und setzen geeignete Lösungen einschließlich KI-gestützter Anwendungen um.
  • Sie koordinieren Implementierungen, Releases und Tests und steuern Zeitpläne, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken sowie Ergebnisse.
  • Sie arbeiten mit globalen HR-Stakeholdern, IT-Teams, Governance-Funktionen, internen Entwicklungsteams und externen Partnern zusammen.

Ihre Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen

  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Kompetenzen im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement, in der Business-Analyse oder in technologiegestützten HR-Projekten.
  • Sie verstehen digitale Dokumentenprozesse, Workflow-Logiken und Integrationskonzepte und betrachten Prozesse durchgängig.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit Plattformen für Dokumentenerstellung oder Output Management sowie mit Automatisierungs- oder KI-Lösungen (Sie nutzen KI-Tools nachweislich effektiv, um Produktivität zu erhöhen, Prozesse zu optimieren und Geschäftsprobleme zu lösen. Dabei treffen Sie fundierte Entscheidungen und gewährleisten einen verantwortungsvollen sowie gewissenhaften Umgang mit Daten und KI-Ergebnissen).
  • Sie analysieren komplexe Abläufe, erkennen Verbesserungspotenziale und übersetzen fachliche Anforderungen in strukturierte Arbeitspakete; agile Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban wenden Sie sicher in funktionsübergreifenden, internationalen Teams an.
  • Sie überzeugen durch klare Kommunikation, strukturierte Organisation, verlässliche Projektsteuerung und die Bereitschaft, digitale HR-Services weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

About the area

TDI – CIO People, Procurement and Legal: HR Technology is responsible for the governance and strategic direction of globally deployed HR systems. In close partnership with our HR and COO organizations, we drive the continuous enhancement of our products.

HR Technology supports more than 100 globally used systems – including several SaaS solutions such as ServiceNow HRSD, AEM Forms, DocuSign, and Perceptive Content. We are an international organization with major hubs in Frankfurt and Pune (India).

In this role, you will help shape globally deployed solutions for digital HR processes and document services. Working as part of an international team, you will drive the strategic development of HR correspondence, the electronic employee file, and process automation solutions while contributing to transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own HR products related to document generation, output management, and digital process workflows, and drive the strategic development of HR correspondence, the electronic employee file, and process automation solutions.
  • Analyze and prioritize business requirements and translate them into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
  • Optimize end-to-end HR processes for employment contract documentation, regulatory communication, and employee-related correspondence.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement suitable solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Coordinate implementations, releases, and testing activities, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with global HR stakeholders, technology teams, governance functions, internal development teams, and external partners.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in product or project management, business analysis or technology-enabled HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital document processes, workflow design, integration concepts, and end-to-end process management.
  • Experience with document generation platforms, output management solutions as well as automation and AI technologies (proven ability to use AI tools effectively to increase productivity, optimize processes, and solve business challenges. You apply sound judgment and ensure a responsible and diligent approach to data usage and AI-generated outcomes).
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into structured requirements and deliverables; practical experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban in cross-functional, international environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to advancing digital HR services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
