## Deine Aufgaben

  • KPI-Anforderungen beim Kunden erheben: Was muss gemessen werden – und warum?
  • Datenquellen analysieren, Datenmodelle gemeinsam mit dem BI-Team konzipieren
  • Dashboards, Reports und Auswertungen spezifizieren und Abnahmen koordinieren
  • Business Intelligence in ERP- und CRM-Projekte integrieren (Monolith vs. Best-of-Breed)
  • Kunden im Kennzahlenverständnis schulen – vom Geschäftsführer bis zum Schichtleiter
  • Produktroadmap für unsere BI-Lösungen mitgestalten und priorisieren

## Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung mit Business Intelligence, Controlling oder Datenanalyse
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen: OEE, Deckungsbeitrag, Lagerumschlag
  • Affinität zu BI-Tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) und idealerweise SQL-Grundkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in klare, entscheidungsrelevante Aussagen zu übersetzen
  • Beratungsmentalität: Du fragst zuerst „Was willst du damit entscheiden?“
