  • Establish sourcing strategies and cost targets early in product development, ensuring sourcing considerations are integrated into product and business decisions.
  • Support New Product Introduction programs by leading sourcing deliverables, managing supplier readiness, and mitigating supply chain risks.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity, capacity constraints, obsolescence, single-source dependencies, inflation, and geopolitical factors.
  • Develop and execute supplier resiliency strategies, including dual sourcing, supplier development, inventory strategies, and business continuity planning.
  • Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective actions to address cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and responsiveness issues.
  • Partner with Category Sourcing teams to leverage commodity strategies, preferred suppliers, market intelligence, and global sourcing opportunities.

  • Working knowledge of supplier contracts and commercial terms.
  • Experience managing supplier performance and resolving complex cost, quality, delivery, capacity, or supply-related challenges.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including total landed cost, productivity, inflation, working capital, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and supplier networks.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.

Desired Characteristics
