Production and Sales Order Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for precise entry, verification, and upkeep of data within spreadsheets and data bases, while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled.

• •Enter text and numerical data into spreadsheets and databases
• •Transfer data from various sources into digital formats
• •Maintain and update existing data in spreadsheets and databases
• •Perform data reporting
• •Correct errors or discrepancies in data
• •ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• •Years of experience: _1-2 years ____________

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• •Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• •Data Entry
• •Analyzing Data
• •Strong attention to detail and organization

Regularly walks, sits stands, and does computer work.

Seldom/Never lifts up to 50 lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT :

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
