Assembler – Manufacturing Operations

As an Assembler, you will play an important role in supporting manufacturing operations through assembly, testing, and quality-focused production activities.

What you'll do

• •Assemble electronic and mechanical components following established procedures
• •Perform soldering, packing, and final product testing
• •Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and workstations safely and effectively
• •Conduct routine maintenance and basic upkeep of tools and equipment
• •Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• •Identify and report quality concerns and production issues
• •Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement initiatives
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
• •Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What you need

• •Required: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• •Required: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• •Required: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• •Required: Strong teamwork and communication skills
• •Required: Good command of the English language
• •Required: Comfortable operating manufacturing equipment and tools
• •Required: Knowledge of ESD prevention practices
• •Advantage: BCIT diploma or other technical education

Salary Range:

$34,600.00-$46,100.000
