• If you have an eye for detail and like to work with small parts, then consider a career with us as a permanent full-time Production Assembler. With a positive attitude, we can provide you with the training, knowledge and experience to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Work with an established production team to build acoustic transmitters

Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts

Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail

Learn build processes for multiple products and stations

Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects

Ensure production standards, quality, and safety are maintained at every step

Maintain an organized workspace

Operate within standard operating procedures and to quality standards

All required training is provided

What We’re Looking For

Grade 12 or equivalent experience and capability

Proficient with Windows operating system

Basic computing skills: Email and file/folder navigation

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks

Work well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative

Operate with safety as a priority

Excellent communication skills

Adaptable to change

Ability to sit for long periods of time with ability to move around

Ability to learn and operate machinery
