Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

・製造・組立作業を、手順書・部品表・作業指示書に従って行う

・作業手順書や図面を読み、または口頭指示に従って作業を実施

・現場でのトラブル解決

・日々の生産目標を維持

・安全衛生（ EHS ）および品質方針・手順を遵守

・品質検査に参加する場合あり

・チームリーダーやエンジニア、管理者と協力し、品質や効率の改善に取り組む

・その他、品質活動・研修・社内活動チームへの参加などの業務を依頼される可能性あり

・改善活動の実施

Qualifications/Requirements

・日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル

・チームメンバーや上司とのコミュニケーション能力

・指示を理解し、業務を遂行する能力

・細部に注意を払い、品質を意識した作業習慣

・自発的に学び、行動できる

・医療機器、製造業、モノづくり、テクノロジーに興味がある

・高校卒業または同等の学歴、または製造業での 6 か月以上の経験

Desired Characteristics

・高校卒業または同等の学歴

・製造業での 2 年以上の関連経験
