What You’ll Do

• •Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
• •Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.
• •Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• •Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
• •Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• •Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.

What You Bring

• •At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• •A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
• •Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• •Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What You’ll Earn

Depending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start

This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays
